Company Establishment Services
Set Up Your Entity. Start Immediately.
Our company establishment package doesn't stop at incorporation, we can also guide you through navigating the import process and product licensing from day one. Indonesia's import system may present itself as a daunting challenge to any newly established business. However, we are ready to assist so that your new entity is ready to move goods as soon as it's operational.
Import Assistance & Licensing: Ready to Import from Day One
Setting up a legal entity is only half the work of entering a new market, the other half is making sure that entity can actually import goods once it exists.
As part of our company establishment package, we provide hands-on import assistance to bridge that gap: helping your new entity to proceed as an importer, identifying the licenses and permits your products require, and preparing the documentation needed to clear customs from your very first shipment.
Once your entity is established, your Business Registration Number (Nomor Induk Berusaha – NIB) will serve as both your business identification and basic import license. We help determine whether your NIB alone is sufficient to import under your own name, or whether additional permits are required based on your import activity. This assessment happens early, so you know exactly what’s needed before your first shipment. Rather than handing you a registered company and leaving you to figure out import compliance on your own, we stay engaged through this next critical step, helping you avoid the delays and missteps that often trip up newly established entities trying to import for the first time.
Please Note: this is an advisory and support service for entities importing under their own name. It is separate from our Importer of Record (IOR) service, where we import on your behalf under our partner company's entity. If you don't yet have, or don't plan to establish a local entity, our IOR service may be the better fit.
